Guild System Update - 10/20/2025

Dear players,

We are aware of an ongoing incident affecting the game's Guild System and several related dynamics, such as the acquisition of Fame and Influence, quests, and activities (e.g., the Intel Report, Tower Wars, among others). We know these features are important to the community and understand the concern this situation may be causing.

We would like to assure everyone that our team is already investigating the incident and working to resolve it as quickly as possible, returning the game to normal.

So far, our team has also verified points related to the incident, including the outcome of the last City War, issues with member recruitment, and the unavailability of redemption Guild Coins and the guild creation process. These aspects are already under review to ensure that none of these features are overlooked during the investigation.

As a preventative measure, until the incident is fully resolved, we will adopt the following temporary measures:

• Tower Wars will be suspended for now to avoid further impacts on the Guild System.
• The Sand Lich boss will not grant influence points to guilds until further notice.
• Guild Fame will not be reset today; that is, exceptionally, there will be no weekly Fame reset until we resolve the issue.

We also recommend that players avoid performing these activities listed above or other guild dynamics aimed at accumulating Fame points at this time. Due to instability, these features may not work as expected, and any Fame or Influence earned may not be counted correctly. We also emphasize that discrepancies may occur in some in-game data while the incident persists.

We are working with the utmost priority to correct the issue and minimize any damage or loss to the player experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding and patience during this period. We will keep the community informed of any updates through our official channels as soon as we have any news.
